David enjoyed a distinguished 26-year career as a Navy SEAL where he learned an uncommon desire to succeed in every task given to him. After retiring in 2013, he began his second career helping Veterans across the nation, find quality employment and helping corporations around the world experience the talent that veterans bring. David treats his civilian career with the same zest and energy as he did his military service – by putting his absolute best into everything he does.David began Trident Talent Group to assist companies with the recruitment of talented Veteran professionals across a variety of industries and functional specialties. He has built a team that specializes in providing recruiting experts to our clients who have the tools, expertise and dedication needed in providing critically important candidates in a timely manner.

Naomi manages the Trident Talent recruiting team, in addition to actively helping our clients find the perfect candidate. As the lead recruiter at Trident Talent Group, she brings over 25 years of recruiting and human resourcing experience to our Veteran-Centric recruiting team. During her exemplary career, She has worked with clients ranging from large Fortune 100 retailers and major media companies to manufacturing firms. Naomi specializes in matching clients with Veteran candidates who provide the skills, leadership, ethics, and accountability that can be lacking in today’s workforce. Naomi holds a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice/Behavioral Science from the University of Hartford, CT. She delivers focused, dedicated talent for our client’s hiring needs.
